Patient Presentation:
19 year old African American male complains of chest tightness and dyspnea on exertion during football practice

History:
19 year old African American male complains of chest tightness and dyspnea on exertion during football practice. He had a mild, uncomplicated COVID-19 illness approximately 60 days prior. After isolation, troponin-I and ECG were unremarkable. He completed a graduated return to play protocol with no issues. He Denied fever, cough, wheezing, chills, fatigue or dizziness. His past medical history was significant for childhood wheezing.

Physical Exam:
Blood Pressure: 123/68, Heart Rate 49 bpm, SpO2 100% (Room Air), Temperature 98.6°F, Weight 201 lbs, Height 72 inches, Body Mass Index (BMI) 27.5
General: AAO x 3, NAD
Pulmonary: No audible wheezing or cough
Cardiovascular: normal S1/S2, RRR, no M/R/G
Musculoskeletal: chest wall non-tender to palpation
Psychiatric: normal mood and affect
