Radiographs of left shoulder: AP with internal rotation, AP with external rotation, Y-view and axillary view were largely unremarkable except for humeral head growth plate which was still slightly open Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5 Case Photo #6
MRI arthrogram of the left shoulder:
-Torn/retracted or absent long head of biceps tendon
-Present short head of biceps tendon
-Extensive humeral head fracturing with Hill-Sachs impaction fracture
-Minor tendinopathy of supraspinatus, subscapularis and infraspinatus
-No Bony Bankart noted
-Anterior and posterior labral tears

Consultations:
Orthopedic surgery was consulted and proceed with arthroscopic evaluation and labral repair.
