Other Studies: X-rays of left knee (AP, lateral, sunrise): A healed Salter-Harris, Type 2 fracture of the distal left femur could be seen on otherwise normal radiographs of the left knee. MRI of left knee: An MRI of the left knee demonstrated a 1.7 x 2.2 x 1.1 cm heterogenous mass, located in the anterior femoral metaphysis adjacent to the physis centrally and medial to the notch. Low signal intensity was identified on both the T1 and T2 weighted imaging. The cortex underlying the lesion was eroded and remodeled into a smooth concavity. The menisci and ligaments were normal.
