Lab Studies: None Other Studies: Right ankle radiographs showed acute, mildly displaced oblique distal fibular shaft fracture Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 . Mortise intact Case Photo #3 . CT ankle shows oblique fracture of the lateral malleolus with nonunion of the fracture fragments. Maximum width between the fracture fragments is 6mm.
