Lab Studies:
A two view xray Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 of the left shoulder was taken. This showed a slipped proximal humeral epiphysis fracture with one centimeter medial and inferior positioning of the epiphysis with respect to the humerus. The humeral head did lie within the appropriate position in respect to the glenoid.
