Patient Presentation:
A 21-year-old female NCAA Division 1 diver with history of recurrent stress fractures presented with acute-on-chronic nausea, vomiting, and acute onset of painful, bloody stools.

Physical Exam:
Vitals: T 98.6F , BP 130/70, HR 58, RR 18, SpO2 100% on RA.
General: Well-developed female, alert, in mild distress, holding stomach.
Heart: Normal rate, regular rhythm. No murmurs, gallops, rubs.
Respiratory: Nonlabored. Clear breath sounds throughout.
Abdominal: Normoactive bowel sounds. Soft, nondistended. Tender to palpation in epigastrium and right upper quadrant. No guarding, rebound, or hepatosplenomegaly.
Skin: No rashes. Normal perfusion.
Neurologic: No focal findings.
