Broad Differential Diagnosis:
Cardiomyopathies: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy
Channelopathies: Brugada syndrome, Long QT syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT)
Structural cardiac etiologies: coronary artery atherosclerosis, anomalous coronary artery, atrial remodeling with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
Non-cardiogenic causes: dehydration-induced hypotension, vasovagal syncope, pulmonary embolism, seizure, hypoglycemia, exercise-induced hyponatremia, other electrolyte abnormalities
