Patient sent to the Emergency Department
High Sensitivity Troponin (normal less than 12): 21, 2-hour repeat: 17.
Electrocardiogram: Normal sinus rhythm.
Case Photo #1
CXR: No traumatic abnormality identified.
Case Photo #2
Bedside echocardiogram performed and interpreted by Emergency Physician: Normal left ventricular ejection fraction, no pericardial effusion.
Case Photo #3
Disposition: Discharged from Emergency Department.


6 days later (outpatient)
High Sensitivity Troponin: 22.
Radiology-Based Echocardiogram: No wall motion abnormality, no structural abnormalities. Normal study.
Zio Patch 24-Hour Heart Monitor: Unremarkable.

7 days later (outpatient)
High Sensitivity Troponin: 10.
