XR: Left knee reduced and aligned without fracture, avulsion, or loose body.

MRI Left Knee: Complete tear ACL, tear of the distal MCL, and tear of the medial meniscus. Posterolateral corner & lateral capsular tears. High-grade partial tearing of the fibular collateral ligament. Osteochondral impaction fracture of lateral femoral condyle.

CT-Angiongraphy RLE: Hemarthrosis of right suprapatellar bursa. Distal superficial, popliteal, and proximal runoff vessels intact. No dissection, occlusion, pseudoaneurysm.
