Left Ankle MRI- Low signal intensity soft tissue lesion involving the dorsomedial aspect of the talar head and neck, overlying soft tissues and adjacent dorsomedial navicular. Full-thickness chondral fissuring within the medial tibial plafond with subchondral marrow edema and cyst formation. High-grade articular cartilage loss of the subjacent medial talar dome Case Photo #9 .

CT guided Needle biopsy- Tenosynovial giant cell tumor, diffuse type

Orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon and orthopedic oncology were consulted for excision of the mass.
