Two View Cervical Spine X-ray: No degenerative changes or acute fracture were appreciated. Slight anterolisthesis at C2-3 and straightening of cervical lordosis are present. The body of C2 appears normal. There is a lesion of the posterior portion of vertebrae and spinous process of C2. Case Photo #1

MRI Cervical Spine without Contrast: An expansile lytic lesion at C2 is centered on the spinous process measuring 5.8 x 5.2 x 4.1cm. There is encroachment of the spinal canal with tumor filling the left foramen. Moderate-to-high grade foraminal stenosis of the canal bilaterally is present. The differential includes osteoblastoma or aneurysmal bone cyst, and tissue diagnosis is needed. Case Photo #2

CTA Neck: A lesion causing 90 degrees of encasement along the posteromedial margin of left vertebral artery with preserved flow bilaterally is appreciated.
