Broad Differential Diagnosis:
The differential diagnosis included fracture of the hook of hamate, pisiform, triquetrum, capitate, or 5th metacarpal. The differential also included neuropraxia of the deep branch of the ulnar nerve, ulnar hammer syndrome, injury to the flexor carpi ulnaris or flexor digitorum tendons, and a ganglion cyst.
