X-ray of the left knee revealed mild pre-patellar soft tissue swelling and osteoarthritic changes of the patellofemoral compartment. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2

MRI of the left knee revealed a lobular soft tissue mass in the subcutaneous soft tissues of the anterior knee centered over the lateral margin of the patella measuring approximately 1.5 x 3.5 x 4.1 cm.
