Case Photo #1 Right knee radiograph, lateral view: There is a large lytic lesion of the distal femur with multiple loculated areas and notable erosion, and there is concern that it may extend into the proximal tibia.
Case Photo #2 MRI of the right knee, sagittal view: There is a large 7 cm distal femoral mass and cortical disruption along the cortices of the distal femur, suggesting a more aggressive lesion.
Biopsy: Giant Cell Tumor of Bone (GCT).
